1. How long is shipping?
Standard shipping takes about 2-5 business days. HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS are EXCLUDED!

2. Where is my tracking number?
Once the order is processed, tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as a label is created and your order is shipped.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?
Shipping purchases must be paid through our website using our site’s payment processor. Local pick ups are CASH, CASH APP, OR PAYPAL!

5. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes! We always recommend your stylist to bleach and dye your hair for the best results and to avoid any damage.
Note: Takes about 3-5 days for customization.
